Establishing The Kwadie Club by the AbenaOye Foundation as a platform to provide practical training and mentorship to girls in junior and senior high schools, universities, and beyond.
2. Tech Education for Rural and Less Privileged Girls and Women.
Designing specialized tech education programs tailored to the unique challenges of girls and women in rural and underserved communities.
Deploying mobile learning hubs and tech labs to ensure access to digital tools and education.
Bridging the digital divide to create opportunities for girls and women in low-resource areas.


3. Bridging Agriculture and Technology for Women Farmers.
Empowering women farmers with access to agri-tech tools like farm management software, IoT solutions, and AI-driven analytics.
Partnering with agricultural institutions and tech organizations to introduce cost-effective digital solutions that enhance productivity and sustainability.
Providing financial literacy training to women farmers and access to digital financial tools to support economic freedom.
4. Mentorship for Girls and Women.
Establishing structured mentorship programs to guide girls and women through various career stages—from entry-level to senior leadership roles.
Facilitating networking opportunities and peer mentorship to build confidence, leadership, and resilience.
